Select the right wire brush for your application
Flexovit offers a range of industrial wire brushes for surface processing e.g. stripping and cleaning metal. Our wire brushes are suitable for both hand and machine use on portable hand drills, angle grinders, deburring machines and bench grinders.

| WHEEL BRUSHES CRIMPED | BENCH GRINDER | Crimped wheel brushes are supplied with arbour holes, which can be reduced with reducing rings. The brushes have short wire which makes them more aggressive. A larger width brush requires more horse power. |
| WHEEL BRUSHES TWIST KNOTTED | ANGLE GRINDER | The twisted knot brush is ideally suited for brushing out welded joints and for brushing sharp corners. |
| BEVEL BRUSHES | ANGLE GRINDER | Bevel brushes are specifically for brushing hard-to-reach places such as edges and corners. |
| CUP BRUSHES CRIMPED | ANGLE GRINDER | Crimped cup brushes are ideal for cleaning jobs and to produce large clean surfaces, they also work well to remove rust, corrosion, paint and primers. |
| CUP BRUSHES KNOTTED | ANGLE GRINDER | Knotted cup brushes are an aggressive brush which is excellent for heavy-duty cleaning and finishing of large surfaces. They are also extremely suitable for removing barnacles, scale, paint, rust and corrosion, as well as cleaning weld seams and spot-welds. |

| HAND BRUSHES | - | Hand brushes have a wooden core and are available in different working widths. They are for use on narrow section work pieces, light de-burring, cleaning and profiled surfaces. |
