Offering excellent protection, our best-selling Flexovit cutting-off wheels now come in handy tubs. With no breakage in transit and no cracking, tearing, or water damage, the robust and colorful new packaging ensures our wheels are better protected, easier to carry, and more visible on the shelf.

Protect. Serve. Shine.
Following a trial in 2017, all of our best-selling cutting wheels will now be available in plastic tubs, offering an extremely practical solution. The tubs come in two sizes depending on your stock needs; large tubs hold 100 cutting wheels, while the mini tubs carry around 25. Plastic tubs have been brought in to replace traditional cardboard packaging, which has brought challenges in the past as it can be easily damaged – often in transit – and is sensitive to moisture, which can result in you receiving damaged wheels.
With a new layer of protection, our cutting wheels are better preserved than ever. Our new tubs are water-resistant to shield the wheels from rain or humidity during transportation and any spills that may occur in the workshop. Fully sealed when purchased, the tubs can be easily resealed to ensure you maintain the quality of your wheels while they’re in storage. Yet they’re also tampering resistant so you can ensure you’re receiving brand new wheels. What’s more, the easy opening functionality saves you time during wheel changeovers, as well as keeping your wheels organised.
Environmental impact of tubs
Going green
While we understand that there may be concerns around the move to plastic from cardboard, we’re sure that the tubs offer a sustainable alternative to traditional packaging solutions. Studies have found that cardboard, while easy to recycle, generates a significant carbon footprint in its production, from pulping to printing. We are committed to protecting the environment so our tubs are fully recyclable, and we encourage you to reuse your tubs in the workshop to contribute to the circular economy.
